Terms & Conditions
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging and you would be liable to organise a pay carriage/postage for any returned of unwanted goods back to us.
If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Products we are unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Cancellation of Order
If you cancel your order, please contact us with 24hrs via email or telephone 01324 557500.
Delivery of Goods
Please allow a maximum of 5 workings days for delivery of goods, we only deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. For the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, N. Ireland & Eire please contact us for prices.
When do I get my refund?
You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
